Window Tint
Window tint, refined.
3M window films for estate homes, waterfront residences and Class-A offices, selected for performance and installed with discretion.
A complete window film practice
Window film is no longer one product. Today it is a family of specialized films, each designed for a different problem: heat, glare, UV fading, privacy, security or design. In Sarasota's sun, the right choice depends on the orientation of your glass, the type of glass you have, how the home or office should look from outside, and what matters most to you inside.
We install 3M window films for private residences, designer interiors and commercial spaces from Longboat Key and Siesta Key to Lakewood Ranch. Every project begins with a private consultation, where we review glass, discuss goals and apply samples so you can see the options in your own light.

FAQ
Window tint questions
Is window tint the same as window film?
In everyday use, yes. "Tint" usually refers to window film applied to glass. Modern films do much more than darken glass; many are nearly clear and still reduce heat and UV.
Can film be applied to impact glass?
Often, yes, but compatibility depends on the glass type and the manufacturer’s guidance. We confirm before recommending a film.
Will window film affect my view?
Low-reflectivity and lighter films are designed to preserve views. We show samples on your glass so you can judge for yourself.
